• 1 - Counterparty submits an Engagement Brief

• 2 - Counterparty signs NDA

• 3 - Counterparty completes KYC / KYB; initial discussions take place where appropriate

• 4 - A Success Fee Agreement is signed; no further involvement or participation takes place
